Ministries
- Each ring of the "Wheel," starting at the center and going out...
- Christ Jesus is at the center of our life together as a congregation.
- The membership of Bethlehem gathers annually to take stock and elect leaders for the congregation. It is the Congregation which calls pastors and other ministry professionals to serve on staff.

- The Congregation Council (Church Council) guides and supports the workings of the congregation through faith-filled decision-making. Council is responsible for the legal and fiscal functioning of the congregation and serves to nurture the spiritual life of the congregation. The Bethlehem Constitution and Bylaws govern the work of the Council.
- Ministry Teams serve to coordinate areas of ministry for the congregation. Church Council approves Ministry Teams, their budgets and expenditures, can add or remove a Ministry Team as needed and makes an annual Continuing Resolution to maintain all the ministry teams. One Council Member sits on each ministry team and serves as their liaison to the Council.
- Each Ministry Team oversees its own Task Forces, allocates its own part of the Bethlehem budget, approves expenditures of Task Forces, and finds leaders to organize the tasks of that area of ministry.
- Task Forces can be added or retired by act of a Ministry Team. Each Task Force has a leader and lists of people gifted for its tasks.
