Bethlehem Cares

Thirty years ago, the leaders of Bethlehem looked at Northern New Mexico and said, "There are so many gifted people and such great need. How can we help?"

They started Self-Help. A hand-up. Not a hand-out was the idea. Seed money to start new business.

Over these thirty years Bethlehem has given nearly a million dollars in goods and other kinds of support to Self-Help, Inc.

We also support four missionaries, feed the local poor, and are teaching faith and science at the Navajo Lutheran School.

Bethlehem believes that the call of Christ is to love our neighbors as we love ourselves!
