Born in Washington, DC, Paula grew up in Pennsylvania. She earned her degree in Music Education at Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA, where she met her husband, Matt. They were married in 1979 and have three grown children.
Paula has taught music her whole career, as a US-2 volunteer in Camden, SC, at Harrisburg Academy in PA, and McCurdy School in Espanola, NM. She is currently the vocal music teacher at Los Alamos High School and the head of the Fine Arts department. She plays cello in the Los Alamos Symphony Orchestra.
At Bethlehem, Paula directs vocal choirs, bell choirs, and plays the organ. Away from school and church, she enjoys tennis, raquetball, and Colts football.
